Hi,

having visited and reviositted this topic over many years I intend for a while to unashamedly let others have their say to start this blog off!

I have published many comments on this issue over many years and even held think tank weekends to address it.

Few have realised the complexity of the issue and many of the more lame brained have spoken of passing a three line 'Bill' and sending a bus to EU HQ to collec t our staff and bring them home!

Search as one may there is no discernable Government document in the public domain which addresses the problem - not even a contingency document/plan which seems to me to be grossly irresponsible.

May I congratulate Niall Warry for having at least tried to raise the issue on Anthony Butcher's corrupt UKIP controlled Forum - many will remember that UKIP officials lied and bullied to have me removed for telling the truth and asking such embarrassing questions as 'What is UKIP's Exit & Survival Strategy'.

Looks like we are about to go around the track once more so let us hope it is with ratjher greater success!

Here are Niall Warry's opening comments on the subject and I note he quotes Richard North and many will be aware Richard took a leading role at The Huntsman Weekend he attended with people like Idris Francis, Donald & Jane Martin, Lindsay Jenkins, Ashley Mote, Michael Shrimpton, Harry Beckhoff, Robert Francis, David Davis, Jim Carver, Malcolm Wood, Hugh Jones, Hugh Moelwyn-Hughes, Peter Troy, Alistaire McConnachie, Simon Muir, Peter Baker, Andy Martin and many other political activists and thinkers and of course the odd idiot like Tom Wise ;-)

- even Mark Croucher was coming until he discovered I had asked Nick Griffin NOT to attend!

What should our Exit and Survival Strategy be from the EU?

This is now such a key topic with regards this country's future relationship with the EU that I considered prefixing the heading with 'Core Topic'. However as far as this Forum is a concerned it is a 'Question' and I hope we have nothing other that constructive comments as the thread builds up with ideas and contributions.

As a starter here is Richard North's recent take on the dangers of a simple In or Out Referendum and the need for the whole issue of our extraction from the many tentacles of the EU to be addressed and planned for.

This is an area in which UKIP could clearly take a lead but sadly I doubt Nigel Farage has the inclination or the abiltiy to lead the National debate on this vital question.
